A team of 4 researchers from AusculSciences conducted recruitment for the company’s Healthy Heart study at Mount Allison University, New Brunswick this week.  Over 100 students met the screening criteria and volunteered for the study.  Each participant underwent a CAD-det System test and had medical and family histories taken.  With a successful recruitment week at Mount Allison University, data collection in the Health Heart study stands at over 285 participants.  Data from this study will be used by the company to further train the CAD-det System’s machine learning algorithms to analyze and identify the signals associated with Coronary Artery Disease (CAD).
